| What is the best way to contact you? Either by phone - 419-266-6216, or email - tarmstrong1118@buckeye-express.com Before contacting me, have a few dates or a time frame in mind in which you would like to book your session. I am available weekdays and Saturdays. Weekends tend to book faster, so the sooner you have a date, the better it is to check and book the date. Sundays are reserved completely for my own family time! What time of day do sessions take place? I like to do sessions somewhere between the hours of 10:00 and 1:00 when we are indoors. Those hours provide for the best natural light. Outdoor sessions work best in the late morning or shortly before sunset. What if it is overcast? Most overcast days are still fine to shoot a session. If it is quite dark, or very stormy a session may need to be rescheduled. Unfortunately the only way to decide is on the actual day of the session. Where exactly will the pictures be taken? There are several places pictures can be taken. I love to do home pictures, because your child will be in their most comfortable environment, and will be more comfortable in front of the camera. I like to take a little time to scope out the lighting in different areas of the home and get a chance to talk with the parents and child to make sure everyone is comfortable. Also, if it is nice outside, I love to do outside shots. And if you have a special place you like to go with your family, like the park or another nearby outdoor setting, we can do that also. I can also give suggestions as to where outdoor sessions could take place. You may be surprised at how beautiful your own backyard really is! When do we pay? Session fee is paid on the day of your session. Portrait fee is due when you place your order. An order will not be placed until payment is made. What payment is accepted? Currently, I am accepting cash, checks and money orders made out to: Tara Armstrong When will I get to preview my pictures? You will be given a proof CD containing at least 35 proof quality images within a week to ten days from your session date. From there, you will be able to place your order for the images that you would like. An Order Form file will be attached to your CD, and you can either email me your order, or call it in to me at anytime. It is EASY! How do I get my proof CD? You are able to pick the CD up from my home, I can deliver it to you if you live within a 10 mile radius of Toledo, OH, and mailing is a possibility if you are willing to pay for the shipping charges. How long does it take to get my order? It typically will take a week to ten days for orders to arrive. I do my best to make sure they arrive speedily and contact you as soon as they do arrive.
